The deadline Extended to Sunday, June 18 at 12:00 PM US Eastern Daylight.

The International Society for Nursing in Genetics (ISONG) Congress will be hosting Pre-Congress workshops to address critical education in genomics. The workshops will be held the day prior to Congress on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at the Graduate Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island.

The planning committee aims to select a mixture of topics that will reflect research, education, and clinical practice. Individuals, teams, and panels that address a practical application of a topic with a Q&A session will be considered for acceptance. Members of the ISONG community have expressed interest in topics such as:

Best Practices in Genetics/Genomics Education for Nurses

Clinical Application of Genetics/Genomics

Addressing Social determinants of health in Genetics/Genomics research
