The focus of the 2018 ISONG World Congress is "Building Connections to Genomic Health".  Presentations by Keynote, Plenary, Invited speakers and abstract presentations have been selected to meet the following program objectives:

• Discuss strategies for developing connections between patients, educators, researchers and practitioners to improve the genomic health of populations.
• Identify useful online genomic tools for education, research and clinical care.
• Understand the role that human genomic diversity plays in health research and clinical practice.
• Identify the unique contribution of nursing in connecting patients, providers, researchers and educators to improve and sustain genomic health.
